Please note:These pots work the same way as a slow cooker. When it reaches temperature, it switches off. As it drops in temperature, it switches back on again. This is how they work. It is not a fault. Soy wax heats at 80-85C (or 130-200F) - we have included a thermometer for accurate melting. Stir often and don't leave the hot wax standing, it can burn. To prevent clogging of the tap run hot water through the tap after use. Do not leave unused wax in the pot to harden or your tap wll get clogged.
